Cytogenetics
The family translocation t (11; 12 ) is present. The break points, in this case in R band, are slightly different than those preceedingly identified in G band, but point to the same translocation.
A complementary test is desireable for Mrs. Camus' children, as this translocation can be transmitted in an unbalanced mode.
