I thought I had uncovered everything; a suitcase on the top ledge of the walk-in closet had remained untouched until now. It is one of the last objects I have cleared out of the apartment. It was almost empty. One interesting document lay there that proves my dad was never there for me; a wedding certificate dated before I was 18 months old. I decided to talk to my father. It took barely three minutes to track him down on the web. He even has his own site. I have been trying to ring him for three days to find out more about Catherine. But I keep getting an answering machine. I hope you are having fun in the mountains. Kiss the kids for me. Jérôme |
