Indian summer was here. It was shortlived, but it made our spirits light and gay.Mom had some side effects from the chemotherapy yesterday. Nevertheless, today, she had a full meal (I did prod her along...). Then we had a long walk around Mount-Royal. Very sunny, mild and no wind... very, very enjoyable.
Arianna had her first Hallowe'en. We went around this evening. Although the temperature dropped precipitously due to strong winds, Arianna did not complain about the cold; she was impressed with the decor. She did not really care for the candy, but did like playing with the wrappers and, better yet, pumpkins! She still likes, best of all, the flaming colors on the trees.
Phil arrives on Saturday. Sunday we will all go to La Vanoise in Ste. Adèle. Then we fly back early in the evening.
We will be home soon.
