	Imperia, June 25, 1996 Hi Guylaine, Summer is in full swing here. Flowers everywhere and fairer than fair weather just does not let up. You really have to make it over. Jean and Annick left today to tour Liguria and Tuscany. Everything went well with the baptism. Proof positive is that Annick & Jean left with a few extra kilos under their belt! I need a favour. My mother has not answered the phone in a week. I know she is mad we waited until June for the baptism, way past what she had planned on staying here. But not answering the phone... I am a bit worried; she had this flu upon her return from Europe (she apparently went snow shoeing, for the first time in her life, with friends in Grenoble). Over the phone, I sensed she was weak. And this flu was going on an on... Can you try to find out what her condition is? I know about the cold she had, but not much more. When she left us, she was fine and had no need for pain killers.
